產(chǎn)品介紹 This gene encodes a type I membrane glycoprotein containing two extracellular immunoglobulin domains, a transmembrane and a cytoplasmic domain. This gene is expressed by various cell types, including B cells, a subset of T cells, thymocytes, endothelial cells, and neurons. The encoded protein plays an important role in immunosuppression and regulation of anti-tumor activity. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. CD200是Ⅰ型膜糖蛋白，為免疫球蛋白超家族的新成員，廣泛表達(dá)在人類胸腺細(xì)胞、B細(xì)胞、激活的T細(xì)胞、濾泡狀樹突細(xì)胞、神經(jīng)元及血管內(nèi)皮上�？杀磉_(dá)于B細(xì)胞及其增殖性疾病和一部分T細(xì)胞。近年來研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，CD200與CD200R間的相互作用可以傳遞抑制性信號減低髓樣細(xì)胞的活性，改變其遷移。CD200在免疫疾病和抑制排斥反應(yīng)中作為一種免疫耐受信號，它的一些相關(guān)分子在免疫調(diào)節(jié)中也具有一定的作用。
